Question 2: How do I pay for my order?
Answer: For orders of in-stock products, you can pay us the full amount by bank card wire transfer and Western Union. We will confirm the product details and size with you as soon as we receive the money, and then send the jewelry immediately.
For production orders, the deposit is 30% and we will take photos to confirm the products to you after they are completed. After you confirm the product is correct, you will pay the balance.
Question 3: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: After confirming your payment, we will start processing your order. Production time is 2-10 working days, depending on the difficulty of the design process. Shipping time is 5-7 days using Fedex, DHL, UPS, Aramex, etc.
