Originally modeled in diamonds when the Serpent Bohème collection was created in 1968, the new diamond-set model for 2019 has been resized to become lighter. In addition, the new diamond pendant continues the honeycomb leave-behind setting technique, for which the setting can be seen in two parts: the honeycomb structure, which allows the diamonds to be firmly aligned, and the leave-behind setting, which allows light to softly penetrate the stone and refract more of its brilliance.
In addition to the diamond models, the Serpent Bohème collection continues to push the boundaries with smaller diamond pendants and more colorful gemstone models such as turquoise, lapis lazuli, white mother-of-pearl and red onyx set in teardrop shapes.
Serpent Bohème pendants are also available in large and oversized designs. These materials are also available in diamond and colored gemstone versions respectively. The oversized version is even more interesting in that not only is the pendant attached to the chain with a diamond ring, but the clasp of the chain is also made into a pin shape, which is similar to the shape of the brooch from the same collection.
